THE
BEST INVESTMENT YOU WILL EVER MAKE |
|
Transcendental
Meditation is taught by qualified teachers trained by the
founder of Transcendental Meditation, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, in a
standardised 7 step course established in over 140 countries
worldwide.
Transcendental Meditation is unique
and very simple to learn and practise. Your first step to starting
TM is to attend a free Introductory Lecture. At this informal
talk, the teacher will give a broad overview of the practice of
Transcendental Meditation, and will be pleased to answer any
questions you may have. There will be no 'hard sell' and you will
not be expected to make any commitments. Feel free to bring
friends or family. |
SEVEN
STEPS TO LEARNING TM... |
| STEPS 1-3 |
Introductory
sessions which introduce TM and its benefits and explain the
origin and principles of the technique. (1 hour) |
| STEP 4 |
Personal instruction in the
technique, after which you go home and practise. (1-2 hours) |
| STEPS 5-7 |
Seminars to fine tune the
technique. (1-2 hours each) |
|
|
After the introductory
sessions, instruction in TM takes place in four sessions of
approximately one and a half hours each on consecutive days,
usually starting on a Saturday (if this is not possible for you,
your teacher will arrange a different time). The first instruction
session is always on a one-to-basis where you practise TM for the
first time. The following three sessions are held in a group and
experiences of the technique and questions that may have arisen
can be shared and discussed.
Four optional follow-up
seminars, included in the initial course fee, are available over
the next 3 months. You continue to receive individual attention at
all times.
At the end of the course you will have all the
knowledge and experience you need to continue meditating on your
own at home. However, if you wish, your TM centre will keep you
informed of activities at the centre which include meditation
checking, evening lectures, weekend courses, advanced courses and
other aspects of the Vedic knowledge from which Transcendental
Meditation comes.
A single course fee covers the course
of instruction and any extra individual tuition you may require in
the three months after learning. No subsequent financial
commitment is required.
Introductory presentations for
companies, clubs or private groups can easily be arranged. Public
Introductory talks take place every week in all the major cities
and in many towns through out Ireland. |
